Our German sauerkraut is made from 100% Taiwan cabbage from the local market and Himalaya rock salt. No additives or flavors are added. The freshness of our sauerkraut makes it crunchy and a bit sour.

Preparation:
It can be eaten cold or warm. If you want to eat it warm, simply heat it up in the fry pan or microwave. If you don’t want it to be too sour, you can add a bit of 100% apple juice when heating it up in the fry pan.
