Amazing taste

Pretty good for making classic german Gruenkohl (Kale), just getting a bit dry while cooking because of their low fat content, but I must admit I love fat sausages which might turn others off. The taste is good. BUT try finding Mettenden in Taiwan without sweet taste, these are German throughout.
